Pet Policy
The apartment pet policy in Swampscott, MA at The Landing at Vinnin Square welcomes cats and dogs, with no more than two pets per apartment home. Cat pet rent is $35 per month and dog pet rent is $65 per month. Breed restrictions apply, and our leasing office can share the current details. Residents sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records, including weight and a photo, before approval.
